High-Temperature and High-Pressure FLY ASH FILTER
The filter removes pulverized coal particles in synthesis gas to ensure solid contents below 20mg/Nm* after filtration.
Construction Materials
Inter-metallic compound Fe3Al porous material instead of traditional ceramic material, characterized with high thermal shock resistance, as well as good comprehensive mechanical properties, also has high temperature and corrosion resistance, widely used in the process of Shell, U-gas, KBR.
Listed as a key project of the National High-tech R&D Program ("863 Program") by the Ministry of Science andTechnology in 2009;
Passed expert review and accreditation by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation in 201 1, with accreditation results up to advanced international level;
FeAl filter elements for fly-ash filters were successfully authorized and permitted by Shell (AP) in 2013, becoming the only authorized manufacturer for metal filter elements worldwide.

Stainless steel: Such as SS 316L, SS 304, etc. These are commonly employed in stainless steel models, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability.
Copper alloy: In some specific applications, copper alloy may be selected as the material for sintered metal mesh.
Special alloys: Inconel, Hastelloy, FeCrAlalloy, etc. These alloys possess outstanding high-temperature and corrosion resistance and are suitable for extreme conditions. Technical parameters:
Customized End Fitting:
End fitting refers to the hardware on each side of the sintered mesh filter cartridges. We also term the end fitting used to connect the filter adaptor. Various end fittings are accessible,such as DOE, 220, 222, 226, threads (NPT, BSP, G, M, R), and flanges, depending on your filter and filter tube sheet.
