Product Description
Melt filter element, is mainly used for high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity polymer, polyester melt filtration. The filter upper and lower end caps are made of stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance. The filter medium is made of stainless steel fiber sintered felt and stainless steel wire braided mesh is folded and corrugated. The dimensions are small and the filter area is large. It can be cleaned repeatedly.With the pore gradient formed by layers of different pore sizes,the stainless steel sintered fiber felt product can achieve higher rating and larger holding capacity.
1) DESCRIPTION
Stainless Steel Polymer Melt Filter Apply to polymer filtration with high temperature, high pressure and high viscosity to filter solid particle and slimes in medium and effectively control cleanliness.
Polymer Melt Filters are made from 100% stainless steel, can be cleaned and used repeatedly.
The filter element which made of import stainless steel fiber felt,with good permeability, the larger pollutant capacity and long use life.
The filter element which made of stainless steel wire mesh,with uniform pore size, high strength, good process ability and easy to clean.
Pleated filters used in chemical fiber, textile system, Disc filter used in film, packaging materials, etc.
