Features of stainless steel wire-wound screen: easy to leak, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The mesh section is trapezoidal. The gap is narrow at the top and wide at the bottom. It is a screen bar made of cold-rolled stainless steel wire. The support bar is welded by automated slit screen production equipment. The screen seams are uniform, the welding quality is stable, the opening rate is high, the service life is long, and With high strength, rigidity and load-bearing capacity, it can be made into rigid screening and filtering devices of various shapes.
Stainless steel wire-wrapped screen - non-clogging: The cross-section of the screen wire is trapezoidal (sometimes triangular), and the gap on the screen is formed by two adjacent sharp angles on the two wires. When solid objects pass through the screen , forming point contact with both sides of the gap, so theoretically, the fixed particles on the screen tube are either trapped on the screen tube, or pass through the screen tube gap, and it is impossible to form the third blocking state. This is very important to reduce the operating resistance of the equipment, maintain good moisture distribution characteristics, and enhance the numerical backwash effect.

Overview
The wire-wound screen tube is an annular gap sand retaining tube formed by spiral welding of stainless steel wire with an isosceles triangular cross-section.
The triangular apex of the winding wire faces inwards, thus forming an open gap with a trapezoidal cross-section, making it difficult for sand particles to block the liquid flow channel, thus having good sand control effect and long service life.
